CaribbeanReads’ Virtual Book Fair

CaribbeanReads' Virtual Book FairCaribbeanReads’ Virtual Book Fair is a new initiative designed to give schools and opportunity to raise some money while providing our books to as many children as possible.

How does it work?

  • Schools sign up to participate and choose a range of dates to have their book fair.
  • Parents sign up, then order and pay for the books they want.
  • At the end of the fair period, the schools submit the orders to CaribbeanReads.
  • In a few weeks, the books will be available for pick up at the schools!

How does this help your students?

One of the beautiful things about a virtual book fair is that it helps students in two ways:

  • They get access to great reading material at home that they can share with their parents.
  • Schools earn money that they can use to improve the way they serve our students.
  • Students see that their caregivers really value reading and want to read more!

As a bonus, Parents get access to books for adults that they will also love!

How can my school run a virtual book fair?

Contact CaribbeanReads to find out how you can have a CaribbeanReads’ virtual book fair at your school.

I am a caregiver but I don’t see my school on the list of schools holding fairs.

Don’t walk, RUN to tell your principal about this opportunity.
You can also sign up for fairs being run by other schools, just keep in mind that you will have to collect the books from the school, so make sure you are close enough to do so.
